A Day at the Races

February 14, 2008

Through the years I’ve handicapped all types of horses at all types of race tracks. My friends and I would show up at the track, buy the daily programs(s) find a nice spot near the finish line, order a few drinks and start the handicapping. Unfortunately, it was ten minutes to post time and my friends would hover around me and wait for my picks since they were not well versed with analyzing the race data in the program. Within minutes of post time I would say OK, let’s go with the 3 horse and key him over the favorite with the 7 horse! Obviously, nobody understood what I just said so I needed to translate it…slowly. Then I would go to the ticket window and play it…four times! Once for each of us!

Excerpt from the sheknows interview:

SK: Did you enjoy posing for Playboy?

They looked at it as an issue of moral. But a woman is beautiful on the inside and out. To tell you the truth, the more you can become one with your body the better. I have hips and breasts and don’t try to use it — but I can and that’s OK.
